PLAN FOR REAL LIFE
Room for real life.
Harbor is an independently built personal planner for capturing commitments, choosing your next step and recovering when the day changes.
What you can use today
Start with local task capture, lists, calendar planning, repeating tasks, habits, focus sessions, search and task export. Your local workspace lives in this browser. Account features are a separate choice with their own workspace and setup.
Harbor is still evolving. Calendar views do not imply that external calendars are connected, and product examples do not represent your personal availability. We describe delivered behavior separately from ideas we are developing.
A useful free foundation
Everyday planning should be accessible. Our direction is to keep ordinary planning free, with optional ad removal or supporter payments and clear allowances for genuinely costly services if those services are introduced. Ads and paid subscriptions are not active in this release.
Clear choices, careful recovery
We favor understandable actions over silent rearrangement. Local and account data stay distinct, backups remain important, and sharing selected availability is different from publishing a private task list.
Guides you can put to work
Our planning guides use concrete, fictional examples and practical steps. They explain current limitations as well as useful workflows. They are maintained with the product rather than published as a stream of generic advice.
