PLAN FOR REAL LIFE
Find your next step.
Start with the workspace and browser you were using. Most recovery steps are safer when you keep the original data intact.

Describe what happened and include your browser and device when relevant. Please leave out passwords, sign-in links and private task details. Do not attach a full planner export unless we arrange a suitable way to investigate the issue.
I cannot find my tasks
Check the selected workspace, browser profile and device. Local tasks belong to the browser where you created them; signing into an account does not automatically move them. Check other lists, filters and completed tasks before changing storage settings.
I need a backup or a new device
Open Settings in the local planner, find Import / export and choose Export backup for a versioned JSON file containing tasks, habits, check-ins, focus history and preferences. Export CSV is a separate task export, not the full planner backup. Keep the downloaded file somewhere outside the browser and treat it as private; local tasks and account data are separate.
To restore a JSON backup, choose Import JSON and review the file name, counts and replacement warning. Restore backup replaces the local data described in the preview; it does not merge two planners. Export your current workspace first and cancel if the preview is not what you expected.
Follow the backup guide before moving browsers or replacing a device.
My account session expired
Use the account sign-in or recovery controls shown in Harbor. Request a new sign-in email if the old link has expired, and follow the on-screen retry guidance. Do not share a sign-in link or paste it into a public report.
Your local workspace is separate from account access. An account outage does not mean that your local tasks have been uploaded or erased. Avoid starting a second import while an earlier account operation is unresolved.
Something is slow or broken
The diagnostics controls in the planner let you inspect local error and performance information, export it, clear it or send an aggregated report once. A diagnostic report is technical information, not a support conversation, and it does not include your task text.
For your own troubleshooting notes, record the browser, device, action and error message. Redact names, private task details, account links and other personal information from screenshots.
I want to remove my data
Local browser data and account data need separate actions. Export anything you want to retain before using reset or account-deletion controls. Signing out does not delete an account, and deleting an account is not a backup of your local workspace.
Read Privacy & your data for how these storage choices work.
Make the next day easier
If the problem is an overloaded list rather than a technical error, try recovering an overdue list or planning a day that fits.
